Next Job Abroad is seeking a Finnish-speaking International Freelance Recruiter to source and hire candidates for roles abroad. This remote freelance position starts with a paid onboarding period and continues on a commission basis with no earning cap.

About the Role

As a Finnish‑speaking International Freelance Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in our international recruitment projects. This is a remote freelance position with a strong focus on performance and independence. During your first three months, you’ll receive a paid onboarding and training period, where you’ll get hands‑on guidance, tools, and support while learning our processes and building your candidate pipeline. After this period, the role continues on a commission basis – with no earning cap. You should be comfortable dedicating around 30–40 hours per week, as success in this role depends on consistency and commitment.
