Next Job Abroad is seeking a Norwegian-speaking International Freelance Recruiter to source and headhunt candidates for roles abroad. This remote freelance position emphasizes performance and independence, with a paid onboarding during the first three months.

After onboarding, compensation is commission-based with no earning cap. Expect to dedicate roughly 30-40 hours per week to build pipelines, screen CVs, interview candidates, and collaborate with the client team to fulfill international

Formación

• Fluent in Norwegian and English, with strong communication.
• Experience in recruitment, agency or international setting preferred.
• Comfortable working freelance, commission-based.
• Skilled in sourcing and headhunting via LinkedIn and social media.
• Self-driven, organized, able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Source and headhunt Norwegian-speaking candidates for roles abroad
• Source and headhunt candidates in English for various language-based roles
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' suitability
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profiles
• Manage your own pipeline and work proactively to fill open roles
• Follow up with candidates after placement to ensure smooth onboarding
