Next Job Abroad is expanding its international team and seeks a Norwegian-speaking freelancer to drive recruitment for roles abroad. This remote role rewards performance with paid onboarding during the first three months and a commission-based structure thereafter.

You will source, screen, and headhunt candidates in Norwegian and English, manage your own candidate pipeline, and collaborate with clients across borders while enjoying full flexibility.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Norwegian and English
• Experience in recruitment (agency or international setting)
• Freelance, commission-based environment experience
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills (LinkedIn and social media)
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Source and headhunt Norwegian-speaking candidates for roles abroad
• Source and headhunt candidates in English for various language-based roles
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with internal team to understand client needs and job profiles
• Manage your own pipeline and work proactively to fill open roles
• Follow up with candidates after placement to ensure smooth onboarding
