Responsibilities

• Source and headhunt Swedish-speaking candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ suitability.
• Maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs.

Skills

Fluent in Swedish (native or near-native level)

Proficient in English
