Next Job Abroad is seeking a Swedish-speaking International Freelance Recruiter to drive international recruitment projects. This remote freelance role offers paid onboarding for three months, followed by uncapped commission based on performance.

Expect to dedicate around 30-40 hours per week, with independence and strong focus on results. You will source, screen, interview, and place candidates across languages, collaborating with an international team.

Formación

• Fluent in Swedish (native or near-native) and proficient in English.
• Experience in recruitment (agency or international setting preferred).
• Comfortable working in a freelance, commission-based environment.
• Skilled in sourcing and headhunting (especially via LinkedIn and social media).
• Self-driven, organised, and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Source and headhunt Swedish-speaking candidates for roles abroad.
• Source and headhunt candidates in English for various language-based roles.
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' suitability.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profiles.
• Manage your own pipeline and work proactively to fill open roles.
• Follow up with candidates after placement to ensure smooth onboarding.
