Next Job Abroad is seeking a German-speaking International Freelance Recruiter to manage recruitment projects remotely. This role offers paid onboarding for three months, a focus on performance, and independence as you build your candidate pipeline.

After onboarding, the position runs on uncapped commissions with no earning cap. Expect to work 30–40 hours per week, source German- and English-speaking candidates, screen CVs, interview, and coordinate with clients from our international team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German (native or near-native) and proficient in English.
• Experience in recruitment (agency or international setting preferred).
• Comfortable working freelance, commission-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and headhunt German-speaking candidates for roles abroad.
• Source and headhunt candidates in English for various language-based roles.
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' suitability.
