Our client, a rapidly expanding multinational with a Barcelona base, seeks a Financial Controller. This fully remote leadership role lets you work from anywhere in Spain while directing accounting operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering strategic financial insights to senior management.

Requirements include 7+ years in accounting/finance, Spanish GAAP and IFRS expertise, SAP/Oracle and advanced Excel, strong leadership, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Competenze

• 7+ years of accounting/finance experience, with leadership in a controller or senior accounting role.
• Expertise in Spanish GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency in SAP/Oracle and advanced Excel.

Mansioni

• Oversee all accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll).
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements per Spanish GAAP/IFRS.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Mentor the accounting team and support audits.
• Implement financial controls and drive process improvements.
