Jobgether, a remote-first SaaS company, is seeking a Support Engineer - Finance based in Spain to assist finance-related features of our veterinary practice management platform. You will resolve invoicing, payments, VAT configurations, and financial reporting, serving as the primary contact for customers and collaborating with Sales, Implementation, and Product teams.

This role emphasizes finance expertise, customer success, and process improvement in a fast-growing international environment.

Qualifications

• Finance or accounting background required; ability to explain financial processes clearly.
• Experience supporting customers in a SaaS environment, preferably with finance software.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with invoicing, payments, VAT settings, and financial reporting is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across international teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support for finance-related features in the veterinary practice management platform.
• Resolve invoicing, payment processing, VAT configurations, and financial reporting issues.
• Manage complex cases, coordinate with Sales, Implementation, and Product teams.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and drive process improvements in support.
• Maintain effective communication in an international, remote-first environment.
• Adhere to the team’s 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. UK time schedule.
