Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Finance Systems Lead in Spain. You will own and evolve the technology infrastructure powering financial operations across a rapidly scaling AI business, overseeing NetSuite, Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob, and Pigment.

This remote-first role requires hands-on expertise in finance systems, strong accounting knowledge, and a drive to automate month-end processes, implement new tools, and ensure controls and data integrity across global entities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite OneWorld administration across multi-entity setups.
• Experience designing and maintaining ERP/integration projects.
• Strong understanding of R2R, P2P, O2C processes and internal controls.
• Experience with iPaaS or custom integration coding.

Responsibilities

• Own finance systems landscape end-to-end and ensure scalable integrations.
• Lead implementation and rollout of new finance systems and billing tools.
• Design automated reconciliations and monitoring alerts.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data, and Automation teams.
