Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Payments & Finance in Spain. You will own the Payments & Finance product domain, shaping systems for credit, risk, and complex payment flows, and work with Engineering, Finance, and Risk to deliver automated solutions.

You will influence product strategy, financial performance, and prioritization while contributing to the growth of a scalable API-first platform with equity participation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a product leader with end-to-end ownership of a domain or initiative.
• Strong fintech/payments domain knowledge including credit, risk and ledgers.
• Ability to translate complex financial processes into scalable product requirements.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Finance and Risk teams.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Payments & Finance.
• Own systems supporting credit lines, financial exposure, risk management and payments.
• Develop scalable solutions balancing risk, opportunities, and customer needs.
• Partner with Finance and Risk to translate requirements into effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering to design and deliver complex financial products.
