Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Payment Support Specialist based in Spain to deliver seamless customer experiences in a fintech environment at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain. You will be the primary contact for users and partners, resolving payment issues and guiding processes.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and testing teams to investigate complex cases and drive improvements, while working in a fully remote, international team and contributing to the reliability

Qualifications

• English proficiency at B2 level or above, and Russian language skills.
• Experience in fintech, payment services, or digital products.
• Understanding of payment gateways, transaction flows, and basic compliance.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a structured approach.
• Excellent customer service, empathy, and clear communication.
• Ability to work independently in an international distributed team.
• Willingness to work the 3/3 rotating schedule including day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support via email, live chat, and tickets.
• Handle payment-related inquiries, including status, failed payments, and troubleshooting.
• Explain payment flows and options to users and partners.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with technical teams.
• Coordinate with developers, testers, product managers to improve platform performance.
• Document recurring issues and share feedback to improve products and processes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, incidents, and resolutions.
