Jobgether SRL is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer (Backend Leaning) – Payments Engineering, based in Spain. You will build and evolve the payment infrastructure powering billing, usage tracking, pricing, and payment processing for self-service and enterprise customers in an AI-focused environment.

This remote role offers significant technical ownership, cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Tax, Product, Growth, and Sales, and the chance to impact millions of users and businesses worldwide.

Formación

• Strong Python expertise and ability to build maintainable software.
• Backend engineering experience with production systems.
• Solid understanding of APIs, cloud infrastructure, storage, and data structures.
• Testing and security fundamentals for production systems.
• Investigate complex issues by analyzing logs and system behavior.
• Ability to navigate large codebases and complex infrastructures.
• Careful approach to modifying live systems that handle payments and pricing.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain payment and billing systems for transactions and pricing.
• Build usage-tracking and metering systems with low latency.
• Lead modernization of pricing and usage-processing infra and event streams.
• Improve payment experiences across self-service and enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Product, and Growth for compliance and pricing changes.
• Ensure security, observability, testing, and reliability across financial systems.
• Own technical challenges from design through deployment and monitoring.
