Job summary

Merck Life Science is seeking a Field Engineer to execute the service activity strategy across an assigned geographic area. You will install, troubleshoot and maintain a wide range of products, identify and repair failures, and order parts as needed.

This is a permanent role with 100% remote work and a focus on delivering service excellence. Ideal candidates have a technical degree, 1–3 years in the field, and fluency in English and Spanish.

• Technical degree or engineering background required.
• 1–3 years of field experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and maintain products and equipment.
• Identify, analyze and repair product failures; order/replace parts as needed.
• Perform assignments as directed by Service Center or senior staff.
