Revvity is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support our diagnostics and life science instruments across Spain. The role requires hands-on maintenance, training, and a strong customer focus as travel across the country is expected.

You will collaborate with Sales, Applications, and European Service teams, ensuring high instrument uptime and customer satisfaction while contributing to regional service excellence and growth.

Formación

• Technical degree or higher in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in field service engineering with independent issue resolution.
• Hands-on experience with analytical/clinical instrumentation in laboratory environments.
• Advanced PC skills including Windows and networking.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diagnostics and life science instruments to maximize uptime across Spain.
• Execute preventive maintenance and respond to service calls, prioritizing critical needs.
• Manage escalations with European technical support and product specialists for timely resolution.
• Provide on-site technical training and troubleshooting support to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Applications, and European Service teams to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
• Share field insights with Product Management for continuous improvement.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and complete service documentation per SLA.
• Keep technical documentation current and ensure compliance with Quality Management System.
