People Hive HR Consultancies LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager – EU to drive growth across Europe from a remote base.

The role focuses on acquiring and managing IBs, affiliates and traders, expanding FX/CFD presence, and delivering market-specific sales strategies to boost deposits and activity.

You will build strong partner relationships, close high-value deals remotely or on-site, and collaborate with compliance and product teams to navigate the EU regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in FX/CFD sales and market development.
• Proven track record managing IBs, affiliates and traders with large portfolios.
• Fluent English; other EU languages a plus.
• Ability to close high-value partnerships remotely or on-site.

• Develop and execute EU market strategies to grow deposits and activity.
