Grafana Labs is seeking an Engineering Manager for Observability to lead a distributed team of backend and frontend engineers, focused on Grafana Cloud tooling and fleet management in a fully remote model.

You will work with product and engineering leadership to ensure Fleet Management, the Kubernetes Helm Chart, and the Instrumentation Hub integrate smoothly into the Grafana Cloud experience, using AI-assisted tooling and open-source standards to drive reliability and scale.

Formación

• Experience in Observability or building a central control plane for fleets.
• Comfortable with autonomy in technical and product decision-making.
• Strong communication and collaboration across time zones.
• Ability to stay current with evolving technical trends and challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a remote backend/frontend team with regular feedback.
• Collaborate with GTM to ensure success of the Observability collection journey.
• Align Fleet Management, Kubernetes Helm Chart, and Instrumentation Hub with the end-user experience.
• Guide projects from ideation through planning, execution and launch.
• Foster a psychologically safe environment encouraging experimentation and improvement.
• Work across teams to solve customer problems.
