Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Engineer for Pyroscope, our open-source profiling platform, in a fully remote role across the global team. You will own end-to-end projects, design core database components, and align with customers to shape the product roadmap while maintaining a strong focus on reliability and cost efficiency.

We value collaboration across Grafana squads, OSS contribution, and a pragmatic, product-minded approach to problem solving in a distributed, remote environment.

Formación

• Solid experience with a systems language and production-grade cloud services.
• Distributed systems in production and multi-tenant SaaS experience.
• Product sense with ability to translate customer pain into deliverables.
• Comfort with remote, asynchronous collaboration and clear writing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects from concept to rollout, including design, delivery, and follow-up.
• Design, build, and operate core distributed database components (ingestion, storage, query).
• Work with customers, translate feedback into deliverables, and influence roadmap.
• Drive operational excellence with concrete SLOs and cost targets.
• Collaborate with Grafana squads to integrate profiling features across platforms.
• Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to post-incident learning.
• Contribute to open source and engage with the community.
