Grafana Labs is hiring for a remote, globally distributed engineering role with a focus on building and maintaining scalable alerting and cloud services. The team embraces open-source roots and a collaborative culture, empowering engineers to own reliable systems across distributed environments.

You will influence roadmaps, deliver features end-to-end, and mentor teammates while working in a fully remote setup. Strong programming skills in Go, plus interest in cloud computing, are valued traits.

Formación

• Experience with at least one programming language; Go preferred.
• Familiarity with Python, Java, C++, or Rust translates well.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, global team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience delivering software in cloud or distributed systems.

Responsabilidades

• Influence roadmap and personal career objectives within the team.
• Deliver new features and iterate based on results.
• Drive projects from ideation to production with customers.
• Contribute to open-source projects beyond your team’s scope.
• Design, build, operate, and maintain critical, reliable systems.
• Participate in on-call rotations and own the services you run.
• Mentor teammates and engage in design discussions.
• Learn cloud product concepts and the codebase of a large distributed system.
