Grafana Labs is a fully remote company with a global team creating Grafana Cloud, a composable observability platform. We value open-source culture, transparency, autonomy, and trust, and we welcome applicants from multiple countries including Spain.

You’ll work on a cloud-native stack (Go, Kubernetes) with on-call rotations, collaboration, and a focus on reliability and performance. The role emphasizes independent work, strong communication, and ongoing learning across a distributed system.

Formación

• Experience with at least one programming language (Go, Python, C, C++, Rust or similar).
• Experience delivering projects from requirements to shipping a product to customers.
• Experience developing software for the Cloud or systems engineering.
• Experience writing clean, robust, maintainable code.

Responsabilidades

• Take an active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives.
• Work with your team to deliver new features, then iterate and improve based on results.
• Drive projects from ideation through operations once in customers’ hands.
• Embrace open-source culture and contribute to other projects beyond your team scope.
• Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems with reliability and performance ownership.
• Be part of on-call rotations and take ownership of services you run.
• Support teammates, participate in design discussions and learn the codebase of a large distributed system.
