Grafana Labs is a 100% remote company trusted by thousands of organizations to deliver a scalable observability platform. We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for the Grafana Frontend to lead the Frontend Platform and Navigation squads, guiding performance, delivery, and customer outcomes while developing senior engineers and collaborating with Product and Design.

Formación

• Experience managing senior engineers and developing technical leaders.
• Strong foundation in modern web/frontend systems.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous cross-team problems into clear priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Be accountable for the performance of two distributed engineering squads; coach and develop team members.
• Own hiring and team planning across both squads.
• Lead discovery with customers, community members and internal users to shape roadmaps.
• Partner with Product, Design and engineering leaders to set priorities and trade-offs.
• Own delivery from discovery through rollout and measurement with milestones and risk management.
