Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Product Manager for OpenTelemetry Experience in Spain, fully remote. You will own end‑to‑end instrumentation journeys, define the vision and roadmap, and collaborate with global, cross‑functional teams to deliver a first‑class OpenTelemetry experience in Grafana Cloud.

You will work with SDK onboarding, automatic instrumentation, and collectors, shaping workflows for coding agents and human users, while focusing on telemetry health and actionable insights across

Formación

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B tech environments.
• Strong knowledge of OpenTelemetry and observability concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a remote, distributed setup.

Responsabilidades

• Define the vision, strategy, and cross‑product roadmap for the OpenTelemetry journey in Grafana Cloud.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Documentation, and GTM teams to deliver a differentiated OpenTelemetry experience.
• Lead onboarding, configuration, and troubleshooting workflows to ensure healthy telemetry and quick value realization.
