SPD Technology is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead DataTech teams responsible for data collection, processing, and platform delivery. You will drive delivery outcomes, improve planning, and mentor engineers with a focus on AI-enabled SDLC and reliable, scalable backend services.

You will partner with Product and Data teams, manage capacity, ensure quality, and grow engineering leads while fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture in a fully remote setup.

Formación

• Proven experience managing multiple software/data teams.
• Strong delivery, planning and execution track record.
• Ability to use delivery data to drive improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery and engineering outcomes for DataTech teams.
• Strengthen platform-wide operational processes, including customer support and incident management.
• Plan and manage capacity and allocate people to DataTech priorities.
• Lead and grow engineers and SDE Leads through coaching and performance management.
• Improve engineering practices and cross-team collaboration.
