Jobgether seeks an entrepreneurial Investor Relations & Capital Partnerships Partner DACH, based in Spain, to lead fundraising and investor relations across the DACH region. You will identify opportunities, secure mandates, and nurture relationships with venture funds, family offices, angels, and institutions.

The role spans FinTech, AI, healthcare, and real estate sectors. You will manage the fundraising lifecycle from founder discussions to due diligence and closing, leveraging an established

Formación

• Minimum five years in VC, investment banking, fundraising advisory, M&A, private markets, or similar.
• Proven track record in Seed/Series A fundraising.
• Active investor network in the DACH region.
• Strong understanding of tech startups and fundraising processes.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Drive fundraising mandate acquisition, investor relations, and capital partnerships across the DACH region.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of mandates and investment opportunities.
• Assess founders, business models, pitch decks, financial models, and fundraising readiness.
• Position the advisory platform as a trusted partner for fundraising activities.
• Develop investor networks with VC funds, family offices, angels, and institutional investors.
• Match startups with relevant investor profiles and coordinate introductions.
• Support fundraising through outreach, due diligence, term sheets, and closing.
