Akamai powers and protects life online. We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineering Manager (Pre Sales - Zero Trust) to lead a growing SE team supporting the EMEA region, with remote work options in the Madrid area.

You will partner with Sales, Product and Services to drive strategic opportunities and ensure customer success. In this role, you will coach and mentor the SE team, demonstrate executive presence with customers, and shape go-to-market initiatives while driving data-driven,

Formación

• Experience leading a SE management team with coaching and mentoring.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing and Services.
• Expertise with Zero Trust concepts: Network Security, SASE/SSE, ZTNA, Microsegmentation.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable solutions for stakeholders.
• Customer advocate with ability to present technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Influential interpersonal skills and record of cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to learn and grow within Akamai.

• Provide strategy, structure, and leadership to the SE organization in the region.
