Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking native-level Dutch speakers to join its customer support team from Greece. No prior customer service experience is required as full training is provided, along with a relocation package and clear growth paths.

You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, deal with post-purchase topics, and use multiple tools to provide fast, accurate solutions. The role offers a remote work model from Greece with rotating shifts, plus a productivity bonus and loyalty

Our client, a leading e-commerce company, is looking for native-level Dutch speakers to join its customer support team. No customer service experience needed. You get full training, a relocation package, and a clear path to grow.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

• C1 Dutch
