Cross Border Talents is seeking native-level Dutch speakers to join a leading e-commerce customer support team. There is no prior customer service experience required, as full training is provided along with a relocation package and a clear growth path to roles such as mentor, trainer, or QA specialist.

You'll work remotely from Greece with a schedule Monday to Friday, and be the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and email while developing skills across order status,

Formación

• Native-level Dutch
• English at B2 level (used for training)
• Good problem-solving skills and a creative approach
• Experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required

Our client, a leading e-commerce company, is looking for native-level Dutch speakers to join its customer support team. No customer service experience needed. You get full training, a relocation package, and a clear path to grow.

What you'll do

• Be the first point of contact for customers and partners via phone, chat, and email
• Handle after-sales topics: order status, product details, invoicing, and complaints

What we're looking for

• €1,300 gross/month × 14 salaries
• Productivity bonus of up to 15% of your gross salary, based on target achievement
