Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support specialist to assist customers and partners remotely from Europe. You will benefit from full training, relocation support, and clear growth paths into roles like mentor, trainer, or QA specialist.

The role welcomes candidates with C1 Dutch, B2 English for training, and strong problem-solving skills. Sales/客户-facing experience is a plus but not required.

Our client, a leading e-commerce company, is looking for native-level Dutch speakers to join its customer support team. No customer service experience needed. You get full training, a relocation package, and a clear path to grow.

What you'll do

• Be the first point of contact for customers and partners via phone, chat, and email
• Handle after-sales topics: order status, product details, invoicing, and complaints
• Work with a range of internal and external tools to find fast, accurate solutions
• Take on escalated cases and turn them into satisfied customers
• Grow into roles such as mentor, trainer, or Quality Assurance specialist

What we're looking for

• C1 Dutch
• English at B2 level (used for training)
• Good problem-solving skills and a creative approach

• €1,300 gross/month × 14 salaries
• Productivity bonus of up to 15% of your gross salary, based on target achievement
