Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking native-level Dutch speakers to join a remote customer support team. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, assisting with orders, product details, invoicing, and complaints. Training is provided, plus relocation support and clear career paths.

Work model is remote from Greece with rotating shifts; you'll have opportunities to grow into mentor, trainer, or QA specialist roles, supported by performance bonuses and loyalty incentives.

Our client, a leading e-commerce company, is looking for native-level Dutch speakers to join its customer support team. No customer service experience needed. You get full training, a relocation package, and a clear path to grow.

What you'll do

• Be the first point of contact for customers and partners via phone, chat, and email
• Handle after-sales topics: order status, product details, invoicing, and complaints
• Work with a range of internal and external tools to find fast, accurate solutions
• Take on escalated cases and turn them into satisfied customers
• Grow into roles such as mentor, trainer, or Quality Assurance specialist

What we're looking for

• C1 Dutch
• English at B2 level (used for training)
