Agilent Technologies Spain S.L. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Barcelona to support sales and maintenance activities, from quotation creation to activation of service contracts in SAP.

You will work with a multicultural team, handling inquiries, and ensuring accurate information across pre- and post-sales processes. The role emphasizes exceptional English and Dutch communication, proactive problem solving, and collaboration with diverse teams.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Dutch.
• Strong customer service focus and problem solving mindset.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and communicate effectively.
• Proactive approach, ownership, and initiative in tasks.
• Experience with SAP/CRM systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process formal quotes and orders with accuracy and speed.
• Interface with sales and customers to provide information and resolve issues.
• Liaise between customers and internal teams to resolve inquiries.
• Manage end-to-end customer experience in line with processes and compliance.
• Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities to management.
• Perform routine administrative customer service duties per prescribed procedures.
