Cranberry Panda, a global DTC brand, is hiring a Director of Performance Marketing to rebuild and optimise the acquisition engine and return to sustainable growth. Reporting to the founder, you will own customer acquisition and performance marketing worldwide.

You will manage a multi-million-dollar paid media budget, lead a 15–20 person team, and shape media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Amazon, and new channels.

Formación

• Personally managed eight-figure annual paid media budgets.
• Scaled acquisition in a large DTC/eCommerce environment.
• Deep expertise in direct-response marketing and creative testing.
• Experience leading high-performing media and creative teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own a $60m+ annual paid media budget and optimize it.
• Be accountable for CAC, acquisition volume and efficiency.
• Lead a 15–20 person performance and creative team.
• Oversee media buying, creative strategy and direct-response creative.
• Reduce reliance on Meta; build TikTok and Amazon channels.
• Audit the current acquisition engine and plan changes.
• Build structure, processes and team for next growth phase.
• Collaborate with the founder on growth strategy and investments.
