Job summary

Hologrowth LLC is seeking a hungry, quick-learning performance marketer to manage live DTC eCommerce accounts. You’ll focus on targeting, audiences, creative, copy, offers, tracking, and the full-funnel picture, growing quickly while deepening technical skills.

You will run campaigns on Google Ads or Meta Ads, depending on your strengths, and you'll learn from a performance-focused team that prioritizes precision, testing, and understanding why strategies work.

Qualifications

• Fluent and confident communication in English.
• Experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads in a Performance Marketing environment (at least junior position, internships or freelance).
• Analytical mindset; comfortable with spreadsheets and identifying what matters in data.

Responsibilities

• Ad Platform execution: setting up, launching, and optimizing campaigns for a portfolio of eCom brands (Google Ads or Meta Ads).
• Performance analysis: digging into numbers and translating into actionable steps.
• Creative & copy testing: writing ad copy and supporting briefs within testing frameworks.
• Tracking & technical implementation: working with GTM, Meta Pixel, and GA4 to ensure clean data.
• Cross-platform coordination: supporting strategy, reporting, and client communication.
• Learning relentlessly: taking detailed notes on strategy calls and digging two levels deeper.
