Job summary

SupportYourApp is looking for a Customer Support Consultant to join our global team from home in the EU. You will deliver outstanding email support, build strong customer relationships, and stay updated with evolving tools and client solutions.

The role requires excellent English (C1+), at least 6 months in customer support, and a tech-savvy mindset to troubleshoot basic issues. CRM experience is a plus and you’ll work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in customer support.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1+).
• Tech-savvy with ability to test and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
• Stable internet connection and device requirements.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
