Les Amis is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote, international team. You will communicate with customers via email and chat, provide quick solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer support, strong communication, empathy, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. English fluency (C1) is required, and you should be located in CET ±3 hours.
