Job summary

SupportYourApp, a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service leader, is seeking a T3 Support Engineer to join our multilingual team. This role offers fully remote work from EU regions and USD compensation.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, analyze logs, run queries on production databases, and coordinate with Engineering to implement fixes. Strong English, SQL, PHP/JS, and cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

Must have strong SQL and data-troubleshooting experience.
Excellent written and spoken English; ability to communicate with customers and teams.
Experience in technical support, SRE, or engineering.
Proven ability to read and interpret code and logs.

Responsibilities

Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues escalated from T1 across backend, databases, and integrations.
Reproduce bugs across web admin consoles, mobile apps, and APIs; analyze logs and metrics to identify root causes.
Query production databases (read-only) to validate data issues and test fixes.
Implement small, low-risk fixes and document findings for escalation when needed.
Coordinate with Engineering to escalate issues with clear documentation and tracking.
