Covantis is hiring a Customer Success Manager to drive onboarding, adoption and long-term value for SaaS customers in global agricultural markets. You will train users, manage implementation projects, and build strong relationships across customer organizations.

Based preferably in Spain, you will collaborate with product, client management and technical teams, delivering demos and maintaining knowledge resources to support adoption and retention in a dynamic remote-first environment.

Formación

• 2+ years in Customer Success, Digital Adoption, or related role in commodities or SaaS.
• Experience creating training materials, knowledge bases, and user documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding activities, training, testing, and hypercare support.
• Drive adoption and successful implementation of Covantis solutions.
• Build relationships with key users and operational teams.
• Deliver product demos, workshops, and training sessions.
• Develop knowledge base articles and user documentation.
• Collaborate with Client Managers, Product Managers, and Tech teams.
• Provide data-driven insights and adoption metrics to leadership.
