Foxelli Group is seeking a CRO Specialist to own and grow conversion performance across 1–2 e-commerce brands. You will run structured experiments, improve conversion rate, increase AOV, and drive profitability with a dedicated team of designers, developers, and web designers.

This 100% remote role offers flexible schedule within the Eastern European Time Zone and is open to candidates in Revolut-supported countries.

Formación

• Proven experience running A/B tests in e-commerce.
• Strong CRO metrics knowledge: AOV and profitability drivers.
• Comfortable with data, analytics, and experiment results.
• Experience collaborating with design and development teams.
• Ability to take ownership and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and clear thinking.
• Remote-friendly and self-motivated.

Responsabilidades

• Own conversion rate optimization for 1–2 e-commerce brands.
• Plan, prioritize, and run split tests across pages and funnels.
• Drive improvements in conversion rate, AOV, and profitability.
• Analyze user behavior, funnel data, and test results.
• Build clear test hypotheses and maintain a testing roadmap.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to execute tests.
• Monitor experiment performance and translate insights into actions.
• Share learnings and recommendations with stakeholders.
