KittySpout is hiring a CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our Shopify-based brands. The role requires hands-on testing of funnels, on-site offers, and post-purchase upsells, with a data-driven approach to lift CVR, AOV, and revenue per visitor.

This is a fully remote, full-time position with a fast-paced, results-driven culture. You will manage test backlogs, brief and QA tests, and ship winners, collaborating closely with the founder and growth team.

Qualifikationen

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Hands-on experience with Intelligems and paid acquisition funnels.
• Proven ability to lift CVR, AOV or RPV with data-backed tests.

Aufgaben

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands and prioritize high-impact tests.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels and on-site offers weekly.
• Brief, QA and ship tests with developers and designers, and report results.
