Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our site, landing pages, paid funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells. You set the strategy, build the backlog, brief QA and ship the winners.

This fully remote, full-time role targets 3–4+ years CRO experience with Shopify DTC brands and deep Intelligems know-how. You’ll work directly with the founder, move fast, and drive measurable lifts in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CRO lead with 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Deep hands-on Intelligems experience.
• Experience building and testing paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Ability to show data backing test impact on CVR, AOV or RPV.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO test plan and backlog for both brands, prioritized by impact.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels and on-site offers.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly – then call results honestly and ship the winners.
• Drive measurable lifts in conversion rate, AOV and revenue per visitor.
• Catch conversion drops the same day and bring the cause and fix.
• Manage CRO agency and coordinate with Head of Growth.
