Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our site, landing pages, paid funnels, and post-purchase upsells. You set strategy, build the backlog, brief QA teams, launch tests and ship winners, driving growth across both brands.

You will join a fully remote, fast-moving team with 3–4+ years CRO experience, deep Intelligems know-how, and a track record of lifting CVR, AOV, or revenue per visitor through paid funnels and optimized offers.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Hands-on Intelligems experience.
• Experience building and testing paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Proven results lifting CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor with data.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO test plan and backlog for both brands, ranked by impact.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly and report results honestly.
• Drive measurable lifts in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.
• Manage CRO agency and decide with Head of Growth when work moves in-house.
• Report CRO KPIs weekly and run the CRO & Funnels meetings.
