Job summary

KittySpout is a premium DTC brand seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across site, landing pages, funnels and post-purchase offers. You set the strategy, build the backlog, brief and QA tests, and ship winners in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

With 3–4+ years CRO for Shopify DTC brands and hands-on Intelligems experience, you’ll drive measurable lifts in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor while collaborating with growth and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Fully remote, full-time role for a CRO Lead with Shopify DTC experience.
• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands with measurable wins.
• Hands-on experience with Intelligems, AfterSell and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands, prioritized by impact.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels and on-site offers.
• Brief, QA and ship tests weekly; call results honestly and ship winners.
• Report CRO KPIs and drive lifts in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.
