Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our site, landing pages, paid funnels, on-site offers and upsells. You set strategy, build the backlog, brief and QA tests, launch them and ship the winners.

With $2M+ monthly ad spend on Meta, the role demands 3-4+ years CRO experience for Shopify DTC brands, deep Intelligems expertise, and a proven data-backed results track record. Fully remote position, collaborate with founder and growth team.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Hands-on Intelligems experience.
• Strong data-backed testing track record.
• Experience building and testing paid-acquisition funnels.
• Ability to brief QA teams and manage tests.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO test plan and backlog for both brands.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels and on-site offers.
• Brief, QA and ship tests weekly; call results honestly.
• Drive lifts in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.
• Manage CRO agency and coordinate with Head of Growth.
