Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Conversion Rate Optimisation in Tech, multi-market multi-language.
• Analytical and data-driven with proven experimentation impact.
• Structured roadmap management with rapid test execution.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO roadmap from hypothesis to analysis across web and app.
• Run localised experiments across 14 markets and languages.
• Identify friction in B2C funnels and prioritise high-impact tests.
