Job summary

KittySpout is a rapidly growing premium DTC brand selling stainless steel cat water fountains and accessories. We are fully remote and scale through data-driven CRO testing across our Shopify storefronts and new revenue channels.

You will own the CRO program end-to-end, from backlog to winning variants, across site, landing pages, paid funnels, and post-purchase upsells. You will bring 3-4+ years of CRO experience for Shopify DTC brands, with proven results and deep hands-on Intelligems.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands with proven results.
• Demonstrated ability to build and test paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Hands-on experience with Intelligems; ability to show data behind tests that lifted CVR, AOV or RPV.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands, prioritizing high-impact tests.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels and on-site offers; manage post-purchase upsells.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly; honestly call results and ship winners.
• Drive measurable lifts in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor; catch conversion drops the same day.
• Manage CRO agency; coordinate with Head of Growth on in-housing decisions.
• Report CRO KPIs weekly and run the weekly CRO & Funnels meeting.
