The role is remote within Spain with a potential hybrid option from Mallorca for relocation, supporting a high‑impact strategy agenda across global teams.

Formación

• Proven track record in partnership development, business development, or sales within technology or digital platforms.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills with a focus on scalable agreements.
• Experience in SaaS or platform ecosystems, with an understanding of B2B and B2C partnership dynamics.
• Ability to analyze market trends, partner landscapes, and competitive positioning.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute partnership strategies to accelerate growth across core product segments.
• Identify and engage potential partners through targeted outreach, including startups, enterprises, and industry leaders.
• Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial agreements that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner solutions and ensure seamless onboarding.
• Track and report on partnership performance, including KPIs, revenue impact, and partner satisfaction.
