HBX Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape the Group’s strategic priorities, partnering with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership to develop materials that influence executive decisions at the board and investor levels.

You will help define the company’s long-term vision and strategic pillars, informed by market expertise and competitive dynamics, while elevating the quality and consistency of strategic planning across the organization.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting and/or corporate strategy roles within complex, international organizations.
• Full professional proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong strategic leadership and problem-solving capabilities in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Outstanding analytical rigor and financial acumen, including market/competitive analysis, business cases, P&L modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Support Group Strategy Definition & Strategic Planning with the Head of Corporate Strategy to drive multi-year plans and cross-functional alignment.
• Lead Market Insights by building and updating ecosystem market models and conducting primary research with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Shape Strategic Discoveries & Growth Opportunities by identifying new business and diversification opportunities and monitoring industry shifts.
