• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in applying AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication, capable of presenting to both technical and business audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own and develop the technical champion in opportunities.
• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations.
• Articulate the CrowdStrike technical message to both technical and business audiences.
• Ask discovery questions to uncover pain and drive requirements.
• Run POVs with approved success criteria demonstrating platform benefits.
• Collaborate with Product Management for key accounts and their technical requirements.
• Learn and test cyber security attack techniques against the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.
• Provide informal training to the Corporate team on CrowdStrike technology and competitive messaging.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers’ feedback and resolution with the Support team.
