Autodesk is seeking Construction Customer Success professionals in Germany to drive digital transformation for AECO clients using Autodesk Construction Cloud. You will partner with Customer Success Managers to deliver standardised and custom offerings, including health checks, dashboards, and integrations.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Construction Customer Success, you will lead technical engagements with large AECO organisations in EMEA, create value, and influence product roadmap through

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry and/or AEC technology industry.
• Experience leading/managing technology change management projects, implementation and programs.
• Confidence in compiling platform data analytics and dashboarding.
• Passionate about moving the industry forward.
• Remote position, but visiting customers onsite and in the office will be required.

Responsabilidades

• Discover customer business and technical processes/workflows to build trusted advisor relationships.
• Develop processes/workflows for adopting Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Align with best practices for digital transformation change management.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to implement delivery within the Customer Success Plan.
• Influence Product Roadmap through business impact demonstrations.
• Maintain knowledge of industry technologies and trends to position ACC value.
• Demonstrate Autodesk Construction Cloud capabilities and provide technical analysis and demos.
• Share best practices and success stories with the team.
• Use social networks to promote Autodesk solutions.
