Autodesk is seeking an early-career sales professional to join the Autodesk Construction Cloud team in Barcelona. You will gain hands-on experience supporting the growth of ACC while developing core skills to become a successful sales professional and future business leader at Autodesk.

This role focuses on learning the sales process, engaging with potential customers, and collaborating with sales leadership on pipeline initiatives. Fluency in German and English is required.

Formación

• Native-level proficiency in German and English.
• Ability to quickly learn sales enablement systems.
• Strong listening skills and critical thinking ability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven with a track record of successful projects or achievements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions, ecosystem, competitors, and industry trends.
• Use Salesforce and other resources to support prospecting and engagement.
• Work with potential customers to understand business challenges and how ACC can address them.
• Collaborate with teammates and sales leadership on strategic initiatives and pipeline development.
• Qualify opportunities and transition them to the appropriate sales representatives while learning the sales process.
