Cigna Healthcare, based in Madrid, seeks an Operational Representative to join the Life & Protection Solutions team. You will process incoming insurance claims (travel, temporary working incapacity) and be the first point of contact for clients, policyholders and internal stakeholders.

Daily tasks include coordinating with medical advisors, claimants and HR, maintaining claim and incapacity overviews, recording data accurately and answering policy questions by email or phone in multiple

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Good with numbers and proficient in communication.
• Fluent in English and German; Dutch or French is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Process incoming claims and act as hub between medical advisors, claimants, HR and clients.
• Maintain working-incapacity overviews for insured clients and cultivate client relationships.
• Record claim data accurately and report to finance, managers or clients.
• Answer policy questions by email and phone in multiple languages.
