Job summary

Zoi in Europe is seeking an IT Applications Support Specialist to maintain PDM servers, core applications, and PDE enterprise infrastructure for leading clients like Kärcher. You will provide tier-1 and tier-2 support, ensure high availability, and manage CAD environments and licensing software.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in supporting PDM systems or engineering software environments.
• Good troubleshooting mindset and structured problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain PDM servers, core applications, and PDE infrastructure for major clients.
• Provide tier-1 and tier-2 application support to resolve operational issues and ensure high availability.
• Maintain and support vendor tools including CAD/engineering drawing converters and licensing software.
• Provide specialized support for CAD environments, including Catia installations and configuration.
• Apply service packs, patches, and hotfixes to ensure system stability.
• Manage CAD environments, Windows Shares, and licensing tools.
